Kate is such a happy little girl and has a contagious smile!

We had a wonderful first Easter with Kate and Wright! We started the weekend Thursday evening with Will's family. His parents, Lang, Kirsten and the girls all came over for dinner at the house to celebrate Kirsten's birthday. Kirsten gave us some exciting news...Kate and Wright will have a new baby cousin in December!! Here are a few pictures of Kate with the girls. They are so sweet to both Kate and Wright!

My mom came into town on Friday to celebrate Easter with us. We had a great weekend! They looked so sweet in their Easter outfits. We took them to an Easter Egg Hunt with friends on Saturday which was fun. They enjoyed watching the kids run around and play! On Sunday they had a visit from the easter bunny and enjoyed all their goodies. We enjoyed a yummy brunch at the Post House after church and Kate and Wright were angels in the restaurant.

Since my last post Wright has cut his second tooth! Yes, he has two bottom teeth! He looks so cute and did really well while teething. Kate has started drooling more, but no inflammation around her gums yet. They are both eating veggies now. Wright continues to eat much more than Kate. He is now eating sweet potatoes, carrots and peas. We are going to add bananas this week! Kate has eaten sweet potatoes and carrots, but will not finish either one. She pulls her bib up in front of her mouth because she really doesn't like the rice cereal!

They have also started playing in their jumparoo and the exersaucer. They love them! Kate loves all the toys on both of them and will turn herself around to see everything. Wright just loves to jump up and down! They can sit in their bumbo seats, but don't enjoy that for too long. They have great head control and are getting closer to sitting up on their own! Kate has also started pulling her pacifier from her mouth, inspecting it and putting it back in her mouth. We are so proud of her!
